NTK backoffice assistant

There is quite a lot of administrative and paperwork that has to be done by the NTK staff during daily opperations and different projects. This is guided by large amount of regulations and internal documents which are difficult to keep track off. In this project you will research the work of NTK staff and design and prototype an AI assistant to hepl aleviate the workload that comes from this.
You will work with Mgr. Dita Malečková, Ph.D., who oversees AI initiatives at NTK and use her base survey as starting point of your project.
If successful, this project will serve as a model for similar AI-driven solutions in institutional environments. Intended outcome is a PoC prototype with a design proposal of how it should be developped further.
