Practical 1

Instrcutions

  • Create pairs
  • Select a public service of your choice, preferably one that you can explore deeply
  • Analyze the service in terms of
    • how it works,
    • who are the users,
    • what are their goals and how it fullfils those goals,
    • describe the service objectives and constraints,
    • test the service using Nielsen heuristics
  • The objective of the research is to analyze the system as if you were about to work on it with some expansion of functionality

Deliverables

  • Slide deck of your findings (3 points) + short voluntary presentation in class (2 points)[max two teams]
